With the usage of Youtube and other online video resources, Real Estate bloggers have an opportunity to share their services and listings beyond photos and virtual tours.

This new level of personally interactive content can generate increased activity. Via video response, email or a calls, potential clients [who have seen the agent videos] are out there!

Of course they can be treated like any other internet based lead, but the usage of Web 2.0 video practices [such as embedding a video in your blog posts or via separate video channels] like your own YouTube account allow agents to make more unique connections to viewers than ever before.
