Curbed; Lockhardt's Steele's New York Real Estate Blog

When looking at Real Estate Blogs across the country, one of the top dogs is Curbed by Lockhart Steele.

I met Lockhart Steele over three years ago when his blog Curbed, a real estate blog about people and houses in New York City, was just starting to take off.   This young man was clearly a stand out.  My partner, Kristen Veraldi and I saw Lockhart at the end of July and this gentleman, now a very well known public figure, could not have been more cordial or friendly to us.  We chatted for a few minutes about blogging at each of our show encounters.  If more people who found fame at a young age acted like Steele, the world would surely be a better place.

I strolled through the Curbed blog and found everything I wanted to know about New York City real estate.  The Harkness Mansion just sold for 46 million and if you look around you can find Lockhart’s personal experience with 9/11. 

One thing is evident in reading Curbed - New York City has changed a ton in five years and has more new construction and revitalization going on than any other region of the world.

For the New York City dweller and anyone who visits the city and wants an in-depth view of what real estate and New York living entails, this is absolutely the blog for you.  Way to go Lockhart and all the people who make Curbed the blog site that it is today.
